When does the migration begin?
We will begin this process on Friday, April 16th @ 9PM MST.
Will we be able to access our email/desktops/other systems during the migration?
Between Friday, April 16th @ 9PM MST and Saturday, April 17th @ 7AM MST, there will be a maintenance period where you will not be able to log into your desktop or email.
Will I retain access to Ensign systems after the migration?
As soon as the migration begins, all access to Ensign systems will be revoked for migrated users, except for select individuals. After the maintenance period, migrated users will only have access to the new Pennant systems. If you anticipate any issues with this, please let us know.
How do I communicate with IT if I can't email or access my computer?
Pennant IT resources will be available during this time. You can reach us at 1-844-HELP321 (435-7321) or firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are my new Pennant credentials?
Your manager or agency should have sent these to you ahead of the migration. The "welcome sheet" is what you will use to log in to your email, and NEW Pennant Virtual Desktop.
I heard we have a new guide website?
You heard right! We have a new home page for migrated users. Please go to PennantGuide.com for all of your work sites and work links.
